The iThemes and PluginBuddy Customer Loyalty Program gives our community 25% off of their membership renewals as well as any of their product purchases after their first purchase.

The Customer Loyalty Program is a way for us to thank you for your continued support of our work and team.

HOW THIS WORKS WITH OUR UPGRADES POLICY

Based on customer input, we’ve tweaked our policy (effective 9-22-2010).

The Customer Loyalty discount now applies to our Upgrades Policy, which allows you to upgrade from a single theme or plugin purchase to a bigger combo package for the price difference.

However, your discount will be applied AFTER the upgrade price difference.

For example, here’s how the Upgrade Policy works with the Customer Loyalty discount:

• Determine which combo package you want to upgrade to and its total price (check out our mega combo here: WP Web Designer’s Toolkit at $997)
• Substract the amount of purchases you’ve made in the last 12 months to get the price difference (let’s say you paid $200 of our products. So take $997 minus $200 to get $797)
• Apply the 25% off Customer Loyalty Discount to that amount … and that’s what you pay (25% of $797 price difference is $199.25. $797 – $199.25 is $597.25)
• Contact our sales team today to work out payment details and don’t sweat the math, we’ll do it for you!
